  • Progressive, Transfer, Draw, and Forming Dies
  • Prototype and Industry Dies
  • Blanking, Swage, Compound, and Secondary Operation Dies

All services are customized based on client requirements.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are subject to change based on project scope
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before project initiation
  • Delays in payment may affect project timelines

3. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, and tooling created remain the property of Olympic Tool & Die Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Clients may not reproduce or distribute designs without permission

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details
  • Approve designs within agreed timelines
  • Communicate any changes promptly

5. Limitation of Liability

Olympic Tool & Die Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

6. Warranty & Quality

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not fulfilled

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
